Amber Chao began working at RDC in December 2000.
Bio
She is currently the Dosimeter Production Manager and is responsible for releasing
orders for assembly, on-time shipments, and quality control of incoming raw material
and outgoing customer product. She studied Lean Manufacturing techniques and worked
with other RDC managers to streamline the manufacturing process. Amber is also the
Deputy QA Manager and assists in document control, internal and external audits,
training, customer feedback, and continuous improvement. Amber received her Bachelor’s
Degree in Organizational Management from Bethany University.
