RDC offers calibration services on portable radiation survey meters as required by the U.S Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Agreement States. RDC maintains a diverse inventory of sources to meet the requirements of most instruments and manufacturers. This includes alpha, beta, and gamma sources. All calibrations are traceable to NIST.

RDC offers calibration services with two-week turn around.  24 hr and 48 hr Rush Analysis services are also available upon request.

Compliance with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission requires recurring leak testing of sealed sources and contaminated areas. To assist users in meeting these requirements, RDC provides Leak Test Analysis and Contamination Survey kits for clients licensed to sample their own sealed radioactive sources or surface areas. 

New automated readers offer precise sample counting and reliable two week turn-around.  Rush Analysis services are also available upon request.
