Job Overview

As a Content Marketing Manager at RDC, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy. This includes managing our blog, optimizing content for SEO, developing various types of media content such as videos, and driving content initiatives to engage our audience and elevate our brand presence and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Blog and Multimedia Content Management
    • Develop and manage a content calendar that incorporates various media types, including blogs, videos, and infographics.
    • Develop and oversee the creation, publishing, and promotion of engaging multimedia content.
    • Collaborate with creative teams, including any video editors or graphic designers.
    • Analyze performance metrics for different content types to inform strategy adjustments.
  1. Content SEO and Backlink Development:
    • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and content roadmap, including for video SEO.
    • Implement SEO best practices across all content types, ensuring high visibility in search engine results.
    • Develop and execute a backlink strategy to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings
    • Stay up-to-date with SEO trends across various media channels
    • Coordinate with digital marketing teams to align multimedia content with broader marketing campaigns.
  1. Content Development & Promotion Across Multiple Platforms:
    • Create and curate compelling content for diverse platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
    • Craft scripts for video content and oversee production stages.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track content engagement and optimize future productions.
    • Manage content lifecycle from concept through publication and promotion, working with broader digital marketing team such as email, social media, and paid channels

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on multimedia content creation
  • Proven experience with SEO optimization, including optimizing video content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using content management systems, video editing software, and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
