Responsibilities
This position is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role that requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and digital expertise. You will be leading the charge in website development, conversion optimization, user journey mapping, and technical SEO management, all while maintaining the vision and direction of our digital presence. Your work will ensure that RADETCO’s online presence is effective, engaging, and constantly ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital strategy development and execution.
- Expertise in website development, conversion rate optimization, user journey mapping, and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, and a basic understanding of web development technologies.
- Proficiency with digital marketing automation software and CRM platforms
- Proven track record of ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive digital initiatives.
